OMAPAHA ETOSHA RESTCAMP RATES
01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026

OMAPAHA HIMBA VILLAGE VISIT – guided

Rack Rate Per Person:

• Adults (12 yrs+): N$300.00
• Children (6-11 yrs): N$150.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Guided tours ONLY)

1. Visiting hours: 08:00 to 18:00 (Himba siesta time is between 13:00 and 15:00, during which activity may be limited).
2. Children under the age of 6: Free of charge.
3. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
4. Tour guides are admitted free of charge (F.O.C.) only when accompanying at least one paying adult. All visitors enter the premises at their own risk.
5. Only one tour guide and one driver per group are admitted free of charge.
6. Special arrangements are available upon request.
7. Management cannot be held liable for any accidents occurring on the premises.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OMAPAHA HIMBA VILLAGE IS NOT VAT REGISTERED IN NAMIBIA.

BOOKINGS OFFICE CONDITIONS

1. All bookings and requests need to be sent in writing to our reservations office: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2. An invoice will be sent to you immediately after booking confirmation.
3. All payments have to be made prior to arrival date. Direct payments in CASH only as agreed prior in the booking email.
4. If no payment is received within 7 days after arrival date, Rack Rate will apply and the old invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice issued.
5. If payments are outstanding more than 60 days after numerous email notifications - invoices will be forwarded to a debt department. All charges from the debt department will be allocated to your own account.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% on bookings not cancelled prior to arrival & No-shows.
